Many of our students are first-generation learners—children whose parents never had the chance to attend school. These students often struggle not because of lack of ability, but due to lack of guidance.
Parindey Foundation’s Mentorship Program pairs trained volunteers with students to help them with:
- Academic doubts
- Goal setting and career awareness
- Confidence-building activities
- Emotional support
Mentors play a crucial role in shaping how children perceive education and their own potential. Students who once felt lost now express clear dreams—becoming teachers, engineers, artists, and healthcare workers.
With the right mentor, a child discovers not just knowledge, but purpose.
